ANFA president, general secretary released on Rs 500,000 bail each

Kathmandu, October 28

The Lalitpur District Court has ordered the release of All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) President Pankaj Bikram Nembang and General Secretary Kiran Rai on bail of Rs 500,000 each in a case related to match-fixing and fraud.

Nembang and Rai appeared before the Lalitpur District Court on Wednesday and recorded their statements in connection with the case.

Court information officer Tikadhwaj Karki confirmed to Onlinekhabar that a bench presided over by District Judge Hari Singh Dhami ordered their release on bail.
